About Me

Diploma Engineer Turned Blogger, Marketing Coordinator & WordPress Consultant!

Who am I?

Hey There 👋

Quick BIO

I’m Satyam Vishwakarma also known as Satya, and this is my little corner of the web where I share my journey, experiences, and passions.

I’m based in Fatehpur (the city of doaba) and a diploma engineer turned blogger, Marketing Coordinator, and WordPress Consultant. I also manage partnerships for Kripesh Adwani (163K), Subhash Digital (8.57K) & Blogging Raptor (5.69K), dabble in amateur photography, and write poetry in my spare time.

As a proud member of the WordPress community, I contribute in various ways—especially with Community, Marketing (now Media Corps), Photos, Polyglots, and Training. Recently, I was honored to be part of the WordPress 6.5 release as a Core Contributor.

Full (The Still Brief) Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by technology. Growing up in Fatehpur (the city of Doaba), a small town in Uttar Pradesh nestled between the holy rivers Ganga and Yamuna, I was always curious about how things worked.

As a child, I was the go-to person for fixing gadgets in my household. At just 11 years old, I persuaded my cousin (Deepak vishwakarma) to buy me a soldering iron kit, which allowed me to dive deeper into my passion for electronics.

My early experiments involved repairing emergency lights, remote-controlled cars, and various household gadgets. Not only did this spark a lifelong interest in technology, but it also earned me my first income—a small yet significant validation of my skills.

This early curiosity naturally led me to pursue a diploma in Electronics Engineering (Micro). I enrolled at the Government Polytechnic College in Fatehpur, where I continued to feed my passion for technology.

During my first year, I participated in the Second Convocation Ceremony 2018, working on a group project that centered on building a “Smart City” model. This was my first significant foray into technology projects, and it earned us an award/plaque, affirming my belief in learning through experimentation.

While my formal education was crucial, it was during my college years that I discovered another passion: Blogging.

In 2018, as I was navigating the academic challenges of engineering, I began sharing my general & tech knowledge on WhatsApp groups. These groups, initially intended to help educate students and tech enthusiasts, quickly grew to over 10,000 members. The engagement and positive feedback I received inspired me to explore the world of blogging more seriously.

Driven by this newfound interest, I created my first blog using Blogger. While this platform allowed me to experiment and share my thoughts, I soon realized that I needed something more robust to fulfill my ambitions. This realization led me to WordPress, a platform that offered the flexibility and scalability I was looking for.

Transitioning to WordPress in 2020 was a game-changer. It wasn’t just about having a blog; it was about building something meaningful, something that could help others navigate the complex world of technology, blogging, and digital marketing.

However, my journey was not without its challenges. My initial attempts at building a successful blog were met with difficulties. I lost domains due to monetization issues, and my early efforts didn’t yield the financial results I had hoped for. But I didn’t give up. I treated every setback as a learning opportunity.

I spent countless hours researching SEO, affiliate marketing, and content creation. It was during this period of intense learning and experimentation that I launched EYNWorld InfoBlog in November 2021, a blog dedicated to helping new bloggers and small businesses. Over time, the blog evolved and rebranded as EYNZone InfoBlog in 2023, reflecting its broader focus and my growing expertise.

Through EYNZone InfoBlog, I help newbies & brands streamline their processes, build websites, set up e-commerce platforms, and optimize for SEO and performance. My aim has always been to make technology accessible to everyone, especially those who are just starting out.

I provide clear, actionable advice that empowers individuals and businesses to create their digital presence with confidence. My blog covers a wide range of topics, from WordPress tips and tricks to detailed guides on SEO and digital marketing strategies. By sharing my knowledge, I’ve been able to help others avoid the mistakes I made in my early days, enabling them to achieve success more quickly.

In addition to running my blog, I’ve built a career as an Affiliate, Content & Digital Marketer, Blogger, SEO Specialist, and WordPress Consultant. My consultancy work is driven by a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses and bloggers.

I offer tailored solutions that address their specific needs, whether it’s optimizing their website for better performance, setting up an e-commerce store, or developing a comprehensive content marketing strategy. My approach is always hands-on and transparent, which has helped me build lasting relationships with my clients.

As my expertise in WordPress grew, so did my involvement in the WordPress community. I became a regular contributor, focusing on translations, photo submissions, marketing tasks, and community support. This dedication earned me several badges and recognition within the community.

I also took on the role of a WordPress Photo Directory moderator, where I review and approve contributions to the WordPress Photo Directory, ensuring that the community benefits from high-quality open-source visual content.

My journey with WordPress has also been marked by my participation in various WordCamps across India. In 2023, I attended WordCamps in Bhopal, Mumbai, Udaipur, and Ahmedabad, where I had the opportunity to meet industry leaders, exchange ideas, and build valuable connections.

These events were more than just conferences; they were gatherings of like-minded individuals who share a passion for WordPress and open-source technology. The relationships I forged at these events have been instrumental in my growth, both personally and professionally.

In 2024, I continued my active participation by volunteering at the WordPress Kerala Photo Festival (Online), volunteering at PHPCamp in Pune, and attending WordCamp Bengaluru. These events provided further opportunities to deepen my involvement with the open-source community.

I learned a great deal about the latest trends in technology, networking with professionals from various fields, and contributed to discussions that shaped the future of WordPress and PHP.

A significant milestone in my WordPress journey came when I was selected to volunteer at WordCamp Europe 2024, one of the flagship WordPress events. Unfortunately, due to visa issues, I couldn’t make it to the event.

I’ve had the honor of volunteering at do_action Bhopal and WordCamp Nagpur, where I contributed to meaningful projects and connected with other passionate individuals. I’m also gearing up to volunteer at WordCamp Kerala, WordCamp Delhi, and WordCamp Kolhapur next year, further deepening my involvement in the community that has been a cornerstone of my journey.

Throughout this journey, I’ve also been passionate about photography and poetry. These creative outlets allow me to express myself in ways that complement my technical work. My photography contributions to the WordPress Photo Directory have been recognized, and I take pride in capturing moments that resonate with others in the community.

Writing poetry, on the other hand, provides a balance to the analytical side of my work, offering me a way to explore emotions and ideas that go beyond the digital realm.

In addition to my work with WordPress and my creative pursuits, I also serve as the WordPress Fatehpur Meetup organizer. In this role, I bring together local WordPress enthusiasts, providing them with a platform to learn, share, and collaborate. Organizing Meetups has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to give back to my community and help others on their WordPress journey.

My story is one of persistence, curiosity, and a deep love for technology. From a young boy repairing gadgets in a small town to a WordPress consultant and community contributor, I’ve always been driven by a desire to learn and share that knowledge with others.

In a significant milestone, I have joined Barn2 Plugins as a Marketing Coordinator. This position allows me to work on brand partnerships and affiliate relationships, which aligns with my passion for community-driven growth. I am especially grateful to Katie Keith, Barn2’s founder, for her belief in my potential. Barn2’s supportive environment has enabled me to balance work and health, making me even more dedicated to our shared goals for WordPress and WooCommerce.

As I continue this journey with Barn2, I’m excited to explore new opportunities for growth, partnership, and impact within the WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystems.

My journey with WordPress is far from over, and I look forward to the new challenges and experiences that await.
